Order -
To place an order, we require you to fax your complete purchase order in company letterhead and confirmed by chop & sign (authorised person).

Once an order has been entered into production, any cancellation / change is prohibited. The cancellation / change should be made within 24 hours after the confirmed order via phone / e-mail / fax.

Replacement / claim
Naturally, it is our goal to have satisfied customers. However, it sometimes occurs when a customer may wish to replace an item purchased from us. There are certain steps you must follow to ensure restitution can be made.
a) contact us immediately within 7 days after goods receipt.
b) photographed damage good should be sent via e-mail / courier.
